Ask my husband – I love to bake way more then I do cook. Something about baking with exact ingredients and the yummy result makes me love it. Between being on maternity leave with Emmie and now being quarantined in the house, I’ve had two months to bake and explore a bit with recipes.
We’ve been buying bananas ever since Emmie was born (and my post-baby cravings kicked in) and with that of course, we always have a few extra bananas that turn brown before I can eat them. After a few weeks of banana bread, I wanted to try something a little different – coffee cake banana bread! I love this fun twist on two good classic recipes and that the recipe is large enough to make two pans full.
